Lately, I’ve been having conversations with so many people who feel like they’re standing at the edge of a next chapter… but unsure how to move.

They’re not lost. They’re not unmotivated. They’re not lacking ambition.

They’re just stuck in the in-between—the space where desire and direction feel alive, but action feels overwhelming.

I know that space well.

Just a couple of months ago, I was juggling multiple ideas, passions, and possibilities. I wanted more growth, more freedom, more autonomy, more connection. But I also had a list of friction points that were keeping me stuck:

  • How does someone make money doing this?

  • Do I have to niche down?

  • What if I can’t build consistent income?

  • Will I be employable again if I experiment?

  • What if I try… and it doesn’t work?

So I created something I desperately needed: The Momentum Starter Toolkit.

It’s a simple, guided, 30-minute clarity accelerator to help you figure out where you want to go, what’s in the way, and what tiny action would create real movement.

Today I’m sharing the core 3-Step Momentum Framework and giving you the full toolkit for free.

THE 3-STEP MOMENTUM FRAMEWORK

Momentum doesn’t come from motivation.Momentum creates motivation. And it happens through tiny, honest steps.

Here’s how the framework works—and how I personally use it.

1 — SEE IT

Clarify your direction & name what’s really holding you back.

This step is uncomfortable for a reason: you have to get honest with yourself.

When I did this for myself recently, I realized:

My north star is creating a year—and a life—that is true to me.

Growth, freedom, connection, authenticity, integrity.

These are the values I want to embody, not just talk about.

But right underneath that clarity?A big pile of friction:

  • fear about financial stability

  • doubt about whether “multi-passionate” can be a viable identity

  • pressure to niche down when my strengths are multidisciplinary

  • concern about losing career momentum if I go all-in on entrepreneurship

  • old beliefs about what “success” is supposed to look like

The SEE IT step helped me name these clearly and categorize them:

  • Fear-based blocks

  • Skill gaps

  • Structure gaps

  • Alignment issues

Once you name these honestly, the fog lifts. You stop fighting yourself.

Inside the toolkit:You’ll create your Directional Desire, map your friction points, and understand the type of block you’re facing.

2 — SIMPLIFY IT

Reduce the vision into something doable.

Clarity is seductive. It feels good to dream big.But momentum requires simplicity.

In this step, you’ll narrow your focus to one Minimum Viable Goal (MVG)—the smallest possible version of what you want to bring to life.

For me, this meant stripping away the pressure of “having it all figured out” and landing here:

My Minimum Viable Goal:

Give it a shot.

Launch and pilot at least one workshop, one event, and one offering in each area I’m curious about.

Commit to 90 days of micro-experiments.

Let reality inform my direction.

That small shift—from “choose the right path” to “experiment with many paths”—completely changed the way my body responded. It felt doable. Light. Energizing.

Inside the toolkit:You’ll choose

  • your Minimum Viable Goal

  • one thing to stop doing

  • one friction-removing adjustment

Simplicity is a strategy. It’s also the secret to consistency.

3 — START IT

Choose one action that creates immediate momentum.

This step is all about emotional proof—not big plans.

You’ll choose one tiny action you can complete in the next 48 hours.

For me, that looked like:

Create a landing page or discovery survey for each idea.

Share it.

Start talking about it.

See who responds.

That one move always unlocks clarity for me.Putting something into the world—even in draft form—invites feedback, reflection, and direction. It turns ideas into momentum.

Inside the toolkit:You’ll choose

  • a 15-minute action

  • a check-in ritual

  • a future-self anchor (something symbolic to remind you what you’re building)

WHAT PEOPLE SAID WHEN THEY BETA-TESTED IT

One person told me:

“I didn’t realize how much I was avoiding naming what I actually wanted. This made it feel safe to be honest.”

Another said:

“This framework gave me permission to start with something manageable. I feel relieved and empowered to move forward.”

That’s exactly why I built it.Not to give you a rigid plan—but to help you begin.
